Examples use fictional information to illustrate the experience. Your answers depend on your workspace data, access, and enabled features.

02 / LESS SEARCHING. MORE UNDERSTANDING.

For the business
behind your craft.

The everyday questions.
The ideas waiting for a first draft.
A little help, right where you work.

01

The detail, within reach.

Find a client, check a service price, or look up a schedule. Bring the everyday information behind your business into one conversation.

02

A clearer view of the business.

Ask about revenue, appointments, and service performance. Explore a period or an available location, then use your reports to check the details.

03

Room to get started.

Turn an idea into an email, form, policy, or campaign draft. Give Sage a PDF or image as a reference, then shape the result into something that feels like you.

04

A way forward, when you need it.

Get guidance grounded in the help centre and find the right screen. Ask how something works without interrupting the flow of your day.

03 / YOUR JUDGMENT STAYS AT THE CENTRE

A capable assistant.
A clear boundary.

Your clients trust you. The tools you work with should respect that responsibility.

Read exactly how Sage works
01

Access follows your permissions.

Sage uses the operational information your account is allowed to access. Clinical charts are outside its access.

02

A draft stays a draft.

Review, edit, and decide what goes out. Sage cannot send campaigns, take payments, delete records, or change your settings.

03

You make the call.

Use Sage to inform your next step. Check important answers against the underlying records and reports before acting.

Who can use Sage?

Sage is currently available to workspace owners and admins when the AI assistant is enabled. The information and tools available also depend on your permissions and workspace features. Request early access to discuss availability for your business.

Where do its answers come from?

Sage looks up operational information from your workspace and uses the product help centre for guidance. It can also read PDFs and images you share in a conversation. Lookups have limits, and AI can make mistakes: check the underlying records and reports before making important decisions.

Can Sage contact clients or take payments?

No. Sage prepares drafts for you to review. It cannot send or schedule campaigns, charge or refund clients, delete records, cancel appointments, or change permissions and settings. You carry out those actions in the app.

Is Sage an AI receptionist?

Today, Sage is an assistant inside your workspace. It helps you find information, understand your business, and prepare drafts. It does not answer phone calls or autonomously manage bookings.
