Read the tip for this reason

The tip under the stage says what the bank looks for, based on the client's reason. For Service not received, that is proof the visit happened.

A situação

Pôr em prática.

A client tells their bank they never received a treatment they were charged for. You have nine days to show the bank what really happened.

O que vai aprender

You know what evidence is already gathered, what to add, when to accept instead, and what happens to the money when the bank decides.

Antes de começar

You need the permission to issue refunds. Open the dispute from Point of sale, Disputes while it still needs a response.

Tenha em atenção

Once a response is sent, nothing more can be added, so preview it first. If you lose or accept, the sale is reversed and the card network's dispute fee, about $15, is passed on to you. This recording stops before attaching a file, sending or accepting.

Experimente a decisão

You have sent your response, then find a signed form that proves the visit. What can you do?
