Click the location pill in the top bar and pick a site — most screens then show that location's data, and the choice is remembered on your device. Single-location businesses see a plain label, not a picker.
How do I change which location I'm viewing?
Click the pill and pick a location. Your choice sticks across sessions, so you don't re-pick every morning. Your primary location is marked in the list, and you only see locations you've been given access to.
All locations
Admins and managers get an extra All locations option that rolls every site into one view — useful on reports and lists when you want business-wide numbers.
The Calendar is always single-location: a day grid blending two sites' columns would be unreadable, so the calendar has no All-locations option. Switching locations there switches the whole grid.
What is location-scoped vs shared
Not everything filters by location, and that's deliberate:
- Location-scoped: appointments and the calendar, sales and the cash drawer, stock levels, shifts.
- Shared across the business (org-global): clients, form templates, email templates, policies, services and products (the catalog), your team.
Clients belong to the business, not to a site — a client who books at both locations is one record. The client directory shows everyone by default; use its own location filter when you specifically want "who books here".
Common questions
Why can't I pick "All locations" on the calendar?
The calendar is deliberately single-location — blending two sites' provider columns into one day grid would be unreadable. Switch sites instead; every other rollup-capable screen keeps the All locations option.
Why don't I see the location switcher at all?
Either your business has a single location, or your account has access to only one. Ask an admin to grant you the other sites if you work across them.
Do clients belong to a location?
No — clients are shared across the whole business. The client directory shows everyone by default, with an optional location filter. See Client tags and filters.
