The compliance page shows, for the whole team at once, who has signed every published policy and exactly what each person still owes. Use it before an audit or when chasing new starters.
Before you start
- Who can do it: admins and owners.
- Only policies that ask for a signature count. Policies published with Require acknowledgment off aren't tracked.
See who still needs to sign
Open compliance
Go to Operations → Policies and select Compliance.
Read the summary
The tiles show Employees tracked, Published policies, Fully compliant and Behind on acks.
Find the gaps
Each employee shows how many policies they've signed, such as 4 / 6 acknowledged, and lists the ones still missing. Tick Behind on acks only to hide people who are up to date, or search for someone.
A policy someone signed in an older version counts as missing. They signed the earlier text, not the current one. The person who wrote a policy isn't asked to sign it, so it doesn't count against them.
Close the gaps
Employees see what they owe on Today and are asked to sign when they next sign in. New starters are taken to unsigned policies as part of their first steps. Signatures always come from the employee on their own account; nobody can sign for someone else.
Check it worked
When everyone has signed, the page says Everyone is caught up. Select Refresh to update it after people sign.
If something goes wrong
A new starter shows as behind on day one
That's expected: every published policy is waiting for them. It usually clears once they've signed in and worked through their first steps.
"No published policies require acknowledgment yet"
None of your published policies ask for a signature. Edit a policy and switch on Require acknowledgment. See Policies.
Everyone is behind on one policy
It was changed as a material change, so everyone must sign the new version.
