The compliance dashboard answers one question for the whole team at once: who has acknowledged every published policy, and exactly what each person is missing. It's an admin-only view under Operations → Policies.
How do I see who hasn't signed a policy?
Open the compliance dashboard. The top of the page summarises the business — how many policies are published, how many employees, how many are fully compliant. Below, one row per employee:
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Employee | Name, email, role, hire date |
| Compliance | How many of the published policies they've acknowledged, as a count and a percentage |
| Missing | Each unsigned policy by name — including ones where they signed an older version and the policy has since been republished |
Use the search box to find a person and the only missing filter to hide the fully-compliant rows and see just the outstanding work.
Closing the gaps
Employees see their outstanding policies in the Action required section of Today, and anyone landing back in onboarding is routed straight to unsigned policies. Chasing usually means a reminder in person or via notes — signatures themselves always come from the employee, on their own login.
Common questions
Why does a new hire show as non-compliant on day one?
Because they are — every published policy awaits their signature. Their first login walks them through signing, so the row usually clears itself within a day.
Can I sign on someone's behalf?
No. Acknowledgements are personal legal sign-offs, recorded with the signer's identity and timestamp. The dashboard tracks; it never signs.
A policy was updated — does everyone have to re-sign?
When a policy is republished as a new version, prior acknowledgements apply to the old text, and the dashboard lists the policy under Missing (marked as an older-version signature) for everyone until they re-acknowledge.
