See your own hours

Check your own worked hours, breaks, and recent commission and tips on the My hours page — available to every staff member.

Updated Aug 14, 2026

My hours is your personal, read-only view of your own timesheets — paid hours, days worked, break time, and (when you have any) your commission and tips for the trailing period. Every signed-in team member can open it; you only ever see your own records.

Where do I see my worked hours?

Open My hours. The page shows one week at a time — use the arrows next to the week label to move back through past weeks (you can't browse into the future).

At the top, three tiles summarise the week: Paid hours, Days worked, and Break time. Below, each day lists your clock-in and clock-out times, total break duration, and the paid hours for that day.

What the status on each day means

StatusMeaning
In progressYou're clocked in right now
CompleteClocked out, not yet reviewed
EditedA manager adjusted the entry after the fact
ApprovedSigned off and locked for payroll
VoidedDiscarded — doesn't count

Paid hours reflect your break rules: unpaid breaks are subtracted, paid breaks aren't.

Your earnings

If you've earned commission or tips recently, an Earnings section shows both for the trailing 30 days, plus a commission breakdown. These are the same figures your manager's payroll report is built from.

Common questions

My hours look wrong — who fixes them?

Your manager or an admin, from Timesheets. They can correct a missed punch with a manual entry or edit an existing one; the day then shows Edited.

Why can't I see anyone else's hours?

By design. Team-wide timesheets are a management surface; My hours reads the same records scoped strictly to you.

Where do I clock in and out?

From the clock widget on Today — see Your day in Owneli. Those punches are exactly what My hours displays.
