If you sign in and see one of these screens instead of the app, your password worked but your access to that business is waiting for approval, paused or ended. Here's what each means and what to do.
Before you start
- These screens are about one business. If you belong to several, your access to the others isn't affected.
What each screen means
| Screen | What it means | What happens next |

| Waiting on admin approval | Your account is set up, but the business approves new team members first | An admin approves you. The page checks every 30 seconds and lets you in, or select Check now. |
| Access suspended | An admin has paused your access. Your record and history are kept. | An admin restores your access. Ask your manager if you think it's a mistake. |
| Access ended | You've left the business, or your account was closed | Contact the business if you think it's a mistake |
From these screens you can only Sign out.
Check it worked
Once an admin approves or restores you, the page takes you into the app, usually to Today.
If something goes wrong
I've been waiting a long time for approval
Approval needs a person. Remind whoever invited you; the page lets you in as soon as they approve.
Was my work deleted when I was suspended?
No. Your appointments, sales and timesheets stay as they were.
The sign-in page says my account is deactivated
That's the same as Access ended. Contact the business; there's nothing to fix on your side.
