How does the waitlist offer work?
When you're on the waitlist and a time opens up, the venue sends you an offer link with a live countdown. The offer is real but time-limited, and the same opening may be offered to others — first claim wins.

Common questions
Does claiming charge my card?
Claiming books the appointment — the claim itself doesn't take a payment on the offer page. The venue's usual booking policies apply to the appointment once it's yours.
Can I reschedule a claimed spot?
Once claimed it's a normal booking — your confirmation includes the usual manage link.
I keep missing offers — what can I do?
Contact the venue about times that suit you better, so the offers you get are ones you can take.
