Open the private link in your booking confirmation (email or text): it shows your appointment and lets you reschedule or cancel without signing in. If cancelling now would cost you money, the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Before you start: you'll need the link from your confirmation. Lost it? Ask the venue to resend it.
How do I reschedule?
Tap Reschedule
A day strip and that day's open times appear. Nothing today? Find next available jumps to the first day with openings.
Tap a time
The time is only selected — nothing moves yet, so a stray tap can't reschedule you.
Confirm
You see the new day and time — and, if the price would change, the new price — before you commit. Confirm, and your booking moves; it isn't cancelled and rebooked.
What happens when I cancel?
Tap Cancel booking. Before you confirm, the page tells you exactly what cancelling now means for you:
| You might see | Meaning |
|---|---|
| A deposit forfeited | The deposit you paid is kept |
| A fee charged | The amount that goes to your card on file |
| A deposit refunded | Cancelling in time returns your deposit |
| No money line at all | Cancelling costs you nothing |
Every business sets its own policy — this screen shows yours. Cancelling can't be undone.
What does "secure your booking" mean?
If the venue requires a card on file or a deposit and your booking isn't secured yet, the page prompts you. You enter the card yourself on the secure form — the venue never sees the number. See Why do I need to enter my card?.
Common questions
Why can't I cancel or reschedule online anymore?
You're inside the venue's cutoff window — a set number of hours before the visit when online changes close. The page shows their phone number; call them.
Is my booking link safe to share?
No — it needs no password, so anyone who opens it can reschedule or cancel as you. Keep it to yourself.
I rescheduled but the time was taken — what happened?
Someone booked that slot between the page loading and your tap. The times reload; pick another.
