Open the venue's booking link, pick your service, professional, and time, enter your name and contact details, and confirm — no account needed. If the venue asks for a card or deposit, the exact terms are shown before you pay anything.
What are the booking steps?
Choose your service
Pick one or more. Some services have options to choose between (different lengths or levels), and some venues offer bundles — several services together at a combined price. A service marked call-to-book can't be added online; phone the venue for that one.
Choose your professional
Pick a specific team member, or leave it to whoever's available.
Pick a time
Choose a date and tap an open time. Days with nothing free are greyed out, and the page can jump you to the next day with openings.
Add anything extra
If the venue offers add-ons or products alongside bookings, they appear here. Skip freely.
Review and enter your details
Your visit is summarised — services, time, professional, price — alongside the venue's real cancellation terms. Then enter your name, email, and phone.
Pay, if asked
Some venues require a card on file or a deposit to confirm. What's due now versus at your visit, and what a late cancellation would cost, is shown before you enter anything. You type the card yourself — the venue never sees the number.
Done
Your confirmation appears on screen and by email, with a private link to manage the booking.
Why do prices differ by time?
Some venues price certain times differently — a busy Saturday slot slightly more, a quiet weekday morning slightly less. When that applies, the adjusted price is shown on the time itself before you pick it, and the total you confirm is the total you owe.
What's in the confirmation?
| In the email | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add to calendar attachment | Your mail app offers to add the visit to your calendar |
| Manage-booking link | View, reschedule, or cancel — no sign-in needed |
| The visit details | Services, time, professional, location, and price |
Common questions
Do I need an account to book?
No. Booking works with just your name, email, and phone. If the venue offers a client account, your confirmation invites you to open one — it's optional.
Will I be charged when I book?
Only if the venue takes a deposit, and only the amount shown on the payment step before you enter your card. A card-on-file request stores the card without charging it — see Why do I need to enter my card?.
Can I book two services in one visit?
Yes — add each service at the first step and the booking finds a time that fits them together, sometimes with two professionals working in sequence (the time slot says so).
