Build an email or form with the AI helper

Describe the email template or intake form you need in plain language and let the AI assistant draft it, then review and save it yourself.

Updated Aug 14, 2026

Instead of assembling a template block by block, describe what you want — "a warm follow-up for first-time facial clients with an aftercare reminder" — and the AI helper drafts it while you watch. Nothing is sent or published by the AI; you review, refine, and save.

How does the AI email builder work?

Open the helper

From Clients → Emails, choose the AI-assisted option (it lives at /emails/agent).

Describe the email

Type what you need in the chat: purpose, tone, what it must mention. The assistant thinks out loud and builds a draft.

Watch the preview

The draft renders beside the conversation as a real email preview, using your business's email styling.

Refine in conversation

"Shorter", "mention the 24-hour cancellation policy", "friendlier opening" — each reply updates the draft.

Save as a template

When it's right, save it. It becomes an ordinary email template — editable, sendable, and yours.

The form helper works the same way

The same conversational flow exists for building form templates — describe the intake or consent form you need and review the drafted fields. The result saves as a normal form template. There's also a matching helper for drafting workplace policies.

The AI drafts; you're the author. Read the whole draft before saving — especially anything that states policy, prices, or medical guidance. A confident-sounding wrong sentence is still wrong.

Common questions

Why don't I see the AI option?

The AI assistant is a feature your business enables in its settings. If it's off — or your role doesn't include it — the option doesn't appear. Ask an admin.

Does the AI send anything to clients?

No. It only produces drafts. Sending is always a separate, human action through the normal sending flows.

Can it edit an existing template?

Start a conversation describing the change you want and save the result as a template. For small tweaks, the ordinary template editor is faster.
