Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) on any page — or click the search field in the top bar — and type. Results appear grouped by kind, and selecting one jumps straight to it.
What can global search find?
| Group | Matched on |
|---|---|
| Clients | Name, email, or phone |
| Form templates | Template name |
| Submissions | Client name or template name |
| Email templates | Name or subject line |
| Policies | Title |
| Care guides | Title |
| Automations | Name |
| Team | Name or email |
| Services | Name |
| Products | Name or SKU |
| Vendors | Name |
Each group shows up to five best matches. Selecting a result opens it — a client result opens their profile panel, a submission opens the submission detail, and so on.
Client results and your permissions
What you can find follows what you're allowed to see:
- If your role can't view client contact details, searching by email or phone won't match clients — you can still find them by name — and the email subtitle under each result is blank.
- Archived services, products, and vendors don't appear.
Location chips on clients
When a client visits more than one of your locations, their search result carries small location chips, so you can tell where they actually book without opening the profile.
Common questions
Why can't I find a client by their phone number?
Matching by email or phone requires permission to view client contact details. Without it you can still find any client by name — see Why is a field hidden from me?.
Does search look inside form answers or notes?
No. It matches names, titles, subjects, emails, phones, and SKUs — not the body text of submissions, notes, or emails.
Why do I only see five results per group?
Each group shows its five best matches. If what you want isn't there, add more of the name — or go to the full list page, whose own search pages through everything.
