Their first-visit discount is applied automatically.
How do I track my referrals?
The page shows your funnel — invited, booked, completed — and the total you've earned in rewards or points. Each referral is listed with a status:

| Invited | They have your link but haven't booked |
| Booked | They've booked their first visit |
| Completed | The visit happened — this is what earns your reward |
| Expired | The invitation lapsed unused |
| Reversed | The visit was undone (for example refunded) |
Some venues also run milestones ("refer 5 friends, get…") — a progress bar shows how close you are to the next one.
Common questions
When do I get my reward?
When your friend's first visit actually completes — an invitation or a booking alone doesn't earn it yet.
Can I refer someone who's already a client?
Referral programmes are for new clients. If your friend has visited before, the discount generally won't apply — the venue's own terms decide.
Why does a referral say Reversed?
The visit that earned it was refunded or cancelled after the fact, so the reward was withdrawn.
