Open Loyalty in your account: the big number is your points balance, with what it's worth in money underneath. Rewards you can afford are listed below — you redeem them at the venue when you pay.
Where do I see my points and tier?
Sign in and open Loyalty. Each venue sets its own points value, so the page shows both the points and the money they're worth. If the venue runs tiers, they're drawn as a ladder:

Higher tiers earn points faster; each rung shows its earning multiplier.
How do I redeem a reward?
Rewards — money off or a percentage off a visit — are listed with their points cost. Ones you can afford are ready; the rest show how many more points you need.
Common questions
Why is my points balance missing or zero?
Points live on your client record at the venue. If the page says your account has no client record, sign in with the email you've booked your appointments with.
How do I earn points faster?
Reach a higher tier — each tier's multiplier is shown on the ladder. Referring a friend can also earn points at some venues.
Do points expire?
That's up to each venue's programme — ask them directly if it isn't shown on the page.
