If your salon or clinic runs on Owneli, you can book online and manage your visits yourself. This page explains what you can do.
Booking without an account
You don't need an account to book. Your venue's booking page walks you through it:
Choose your service
Pick one or more. Some venues offer bundles — several services at a combined price.
Choose a time
Pick a date and pick from the openings shown. You can request a specific team member or leave it to whoever's available.
Add anything extra
If your venue offers add-ons, they're offered here.
Enter your details
Name, email, and phone so they can reach you.
Confirm
Some venues ask for a card, or take a deposit, before confirming. If yours does, the terms are shown on this screen before you pay — what's due now, how long before your appointment you can cancel for free, and what any late-cancellation or no-show fee would be.
You'll get a confirmation with a link to manage your booking.
Managing a booking
The link in your confirmation lets you view, reschedule, or cancel without signing in anywhere.
Your account
If your venue has the client portal enabled, you can sign in for a fuller picture.
Signing in is by magic link — enter your email and a one-time sign-in link is sent to you. There's no password to remember, though you can set one if you prefer.

Not every venue turns on every section.
More than one venue
If you visit several businesses that use Owneli, one sign-in covers them all. Switch between them inside the portal — each keeps its own visits, memberships and points, and each looks like itself, with its own branding.
Memberships
Your membership page shows what your plan includes and what you've used this period.
If your venue allows it, you can request a pause from here. Pauses are subject to your venue's policy — how many you're allowed, how many days in total, and whether a freeze fee applies. Your request goes to the venue for approval.
Gift cards
Gift cards you've been sent show in your wallet with their balance. You can also check any card's balance from the link that came with it, without signing in.
Saved cards
Cards saved for membership billing are listed in your wallet. You can add one, make one the default, or remove one. Removing a card detaches it at the payment processor, so it genuinely can't be charged afterwards.
Forms and consents
If your venue sends you a form before a visit, it arrives as a private link. You fill it in and sign on your own phone. Nobody else can see your answers.
