Open Appointments in your account: upcoming visits at the top, past ones below. Tap Reschedule or Cancel on any upcoming visit — anything cancelling would cost you is shown before you confirm.
Where do I see my appointments?
Sign in and open Appointments. Each visit shows its services, time, who you're booked with, and a status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Booked, awaiting the venue's confirmation |
| Confirmed | The venue has confirmed it |
| Completed | The visit happened |
| Cancelled | It was called off |
| No-show | The venue recorded that you didn't attend |
Times are shown in the venue's own time zone — the clock on the wall where your appointment happens.
How do I reschedule?
Tap Reschedule on the appointment
A panel opens with a date picker and that day's open times.
Pick a date, then tap a time
Tapping a time only selects it — nothing moves yet, so a stray tap can't reschedule you.
Confirm
Review the new time and confirm. Your booking moves and you get an updated confirmation.
How do I cancel?
Tap Cancel on the appointment. Before you confirm, the screen shows exactly what cancelling now means: a deposit kept, a fee charged to your card on file, or a deposit refunded. Every business sets its own policy — read this screen rather than assuming. Cancelling can't be undone.
Common questions
Why have the Reschedule and Cancel buttons disappeared?
You're inside the venue's cutoff window — a set number of hours before the visit when online changes close. The page shows their phone number; last-minute changes are handled by a person.
Will I be charged for cancelling?
Only if the venue's policy says so, and only what the confirmation screen shows you. If nothing about money appears before you confirm, nothing is charged.
Why does a past visit say "Not recorded"?
The time passed without the venue marking it completed or missed. It doesn't affect you — ask the venue if it matters for a package or membership session.
