The service catalog is what you offer, how long each thing takes, and what it costs. Everything downstream reads from it — the calendar's booking panel, the public booking page, and checkout.

Organise with categories
Group services into categories so the booking experience reads cleanly rather than as one long alphabetical list. Use Manage order to drag categories into the order you want, and services within each category.
The order you set here is the order clients see when booking.
Configure a service
Open a service and you get six tabs.
Basic
Name, description, category, duration, price, and calendar colour. Duration is what reserves time on the grid, so include cleanup and turnaround if you need the room protected.
Team
Choose who can be booked for this service. Leave it empty and everyone on the team is bookable for it.
Selected members can also carry their own price or duration for this service — leave those blank to inherit the service default. That's how a senior provider charges more for the same treatment without you duplicating the service.
Resources
If the service needs a room or a machine, attach it here. Owneli then reserves the resource alongside the provider, and a booking that would double-book the equipment is refused.
Booking
Whether the service is bookable online, and the rules that apply when it is.
Forms
Attach a form or consent to the service. It's offered — or required — as part of that booking. See Send forms and consents.
Settings
Anything else that's specific to this service, including its own payment policy override. See Deposits, cancellation and no-show fees.
Filtering the catalog
The list filters by category, by online-bookable only, by inactive only, and can show archived services. Archive rather than delete: deleting a service orphans the history that references it.
Bundles
A bundle presents several services as one bookable item at a combined price, with the saving shown as a percentage. It books as a single appointment.
Per-location menus
With more than one location, By location opens a matrix: turn each service on or off per location and set location-specific prices. Empty price cells inherit the base price.
With a single location the matrix is hidden — every service simply uses its base price.
Smart pricing
Settings → Payments → Smart pricing lets you charge more during busy windows and less during quiet ones. Off-peak rules nudge demand into your dead hours; peak rules capture your busiest ones.
Peak surges are capped, and both directions are always disclosed to the client before payment — a slot that costs more says so, and a slot that costs less says how much they saved.
Importing a catalog
If you're coming from another system, don't retype the list. Settings → Import brings services in with durations and prices mapped column by column. See Import your data.
