Open Memberships or Packages on the venue's booking site, pick a plan, enter your details, accept the terms, and pay — you enter the card yourself, and for a membership that card becomes the one your renewals bill against.
What's the difference between a membership and a package?
| Membership | Package | |
|---|---|---|
| Payment | Recurring — monthly, quarterly, or yearly | One-off, paid up front |
| What you get | Sessions each period, or a top-up balance to spend like credit | A set number of sessions, often at a saving |
| Ends | When you cancel (some plans have a minimum commitment) | When sessions run out or the validity window closes |
How do I buy one?
Pick a plan
Each card shows the price, what's included, and — for memberships — the billing interval, any minimum commitment, early-exit fee, and the plan's terms.
Enter your details and accept the terms
Name, email, phone, and a tick to accept.
Pay
Enter your card on the secure form — the venue never sees the number. A membership bills its renewals to this card.
Afterwards you can track usage, pause, or cancel from your client account — see Your membership. Sessions are counted automatically as you visit.
How do I claim a gifted membership?
If someone gifts you a membership, you get a private claim link showing the plan, who it's from, and their message. Enter your name and email and claim it — the plan attaches to you, not the buyer.
Common questions
When am I billed next?
Your plan card in your account shows the next charge — date and amount. A plan you've cancelled shows Access ends · No charge.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
You can cancel from your account at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. Plans with a minimum commitment or early-exit fee say so on the plan card before you buy.
The claim link says already claimed or cancelled — what now?
Contact the venue; the page shows their details. Claim links work once.
