Manage your membership or package

See what your membership includes, what you've used, and when it next bills — and pause, resume, or cancel your plan from your own online account.

Open Memberships in your account to see every plan and package — what's included, what's left, and the next charge — and to pause, resume, or cancel a plan yourself.

What does my plan card show?

On the cardWhat it means
ActiveRunning normally; shows the renew date and next charge
FrozenPaused; shows when it resumes
Payment dueThe last renewal payment failed — credits are locked until it's settled
EndedThe plan is over
Access ends · No chargeYou've scheduled a cancellation, or the plan doesn't auto-renew

Included services are listed with counts like 2 of 3 left. Rolled-over sessions are spelled out — for example 4 left (3 included + 1 rolled over) — and credits about to expire are flagged with the days remaining. Packages you bought up front appear on the same page with sessions remaining and any expiry. Tap History on a plan to see every session used, added, or reversed.

How do I pause my membership?

Tap Pause plan

If your plan allows self-serve pausing, you choose the number of days. Plans set limits — how many pauses and how many total days — and the screen shows what you have left.

Confirm

The plan reads Frozen with its resume date. You can Resume early yourself.

If your plan doesn't allow self-serve pausing, the button reads Request a pause — your request (with an optional reason) goes to the venue for a member of staff to approve.

How do I cancel my membership?

Tap Cancel plan and confirm. Cancelling typically ends access at the end of the period you've already paid for — the card then shows Access ends with No charge. Your plan's own terms are shown on the card; some plans have a minimum commitment or early-exit fee set by the venue.

Common questions

Why can't I use my sessions?

If the plan shows Payment due, its credits are locked until the failed renewal is paid — update your default card in Wallet or speak to the venue. Credits on a frozen plan are also on hold until it resumes.

Do unused sessions carry over?

Only if your plan allows roll-over — when it does, the credit line says exactly how many rolled over.

Will I be charged after I cancel?

No. Once a cancellation is scheduled, the card reads Access ends · No charge, and you keep your benefits until that date.
