Your wallet — store credit, cards, gift cards, and receipts

Where to find your store credit, saved payment cards, and gift card balances — plus every itemised receipt from your salon or clinic visits.

Updated Aug 14, 2026

Two pages in your account cover your money: Wallet shows what you can spend — store credit, saved cards, gift cards — and Purchases lists every receipt from your visits.

What's in my wallet?

SectionWhat you'll find
Store creditBalance from a top-up plan, spent at the venue when you pay
Saved cardsCards on file — add, set a default, or remove
Gift cardsCards you hold, with their live balances

Credit on a paused or past-due plan shows as on hold and can't be spent until the plan is active again.

How do I manage my saved cards?

In Wallet, each card shows its brand, last four digits, and expiry.

  • Add card — enter a new card yourself on the secure form. The venue never sees the number; see Saved cards and payment security.
  • Make default — choose which card your memberships bill against.
  • Remove — you'll confirm first, because a membership billing to that card will need a replacement.
Removing a card detaches it at the payment processor, so it genuinely cannot be charged afterwards.

Where are my receipts?

Open Purchases. You'll see spend summaries (lifetime, this year, last 30 days) and every receipt.

Tap the eye icon on a receipt

The itemised breakdown opens: each line, discounts, tax, tip, and how it was paid.

Tap Print

Your device's print screen opens — on most phones and computers that's also where you save it as a PDF.

Common questions

Why can't I add a card?

The venue hasn't set up card payments yet — the section says so when that's the case.

Where did my gift card go?

Cards appear once they're linked to your client record. You can always check any card's balance from its link or code without signing in — see Buy and use a gift card.

Can the venue add a card for me?

No. Cards are always entered by you, on a secure form handled by the payment processor.
