How do I buy a gift card?
Pick an amount
Choose a preset or enter your own (each venue sets minimum and maximum amounts).
Add the recipient
Their name and email, an optional personal message, and your own name and email for the receipt.
Pay
Enter your card on the secure form — the venue never sees your card number.
It's delivered by email
The recipient gets the card with your message, its code, and a balance link.
How do I check a gift card balance?
Two ways, neither needing an account:
- Open the link that came with the card — it shows the current balance, how much has been used, and each transaction.
- Enter the code on the venue's gift-card balance page if you have the code but not the link.
The balance page also shows the card's status and any expiry date, plus a button to book a visit while there's balance to spend.

How do I spend it?
Gift cards are redeemed at the venue when you pay — give the code (or show the balance page) at checkout. If you have a client account, cards you hold also appear in your Wallet.

Can I use a gift card to pay online?
Redemption happens at the venue's checkout, with staff. Mention the card when you pay.
The recipient didn't get the email — what now?
Check their spam folder first, then contact the venue — they can resend it.
Can I check a balance without the link?
Yes — the venue's balance page takes just the code printed with the card.
