The link says receipt not found — why?
The link may be mistyped (they're long — open it directly rather than retyping) or no longer valid. Ask the venue to resend it; it takes them a moment.
I never got a receipt email — can I still get one?
Yes — ask the venue to send or resend it, or find it under Purchases if you have an account.
Is my receipt private?
Anyone with the link can open it, so treat the link like the receipt itself.
