Open the link, check the breakdown, add a tip if you want to (it's always optional), enter your card, and pay. The card form is handled by the payment processor — the venue never sees your card number.
Before you start: you'll need the link from the venue's text or email. Payment links expire — if yours has, ask for a fresh one.
What will I see on the page?
A page in the venue's own branding showing exactly what you're paying for:
| Line | What it is |
|---|---|
| Each item | The services or products, individually |
| Discount | Anything taken off |
| Service charge and tax | Broken out separately |
| Total owed | What you're paying |
If your visit was with a named professional, an optional tip prompt appears — preset percentages or your own amount. Nothing is pre-selected, and you can pay with no tip at all.
How do I pay?
Choose a tip, or skip it
Tap a preset, type your own amount, or leave it at nothing.
Enter your card
You type it yourself on the secure form — this is why the venue sent a link rather than taking your number over the phone.
Pay
The page confirms your payment and the venue is notified. Reopening the link later just shows it's complete.
Common questions
Is it safe to pay through the link?
Yes — the card form is provided by the payment processor (Stripe), and your card number goes directly to them. The venue never sees or handles it.
The link says expired or cancelled — did I lose the money?
No. An expired or cancelled link took no payment. Ask the venue to send a fresh one.
Do I have to tip?
No. The tip is optional by design — nothing is pre-selected, and paying without one is one tap.
