Open the Shop on the venue's booking site, add products to your bag, choose pickup or shipping at checkout, and pay by card on the secure form. You get an order confirmation by email.
How do I order?
Browse and fill your bag
Filter by category, open a product for details, and pick a variant (size, shade) where offered. Some venues also sell sets — several products together at a combined price. Out-of-stock variants can't be added.
Check out and choose how you'll get it
Depending on the venue: pickup at the venue, shipping to your address, or — where offered — reserving items to collect at an upcoming appointment. Shipping asks for your address, and any shipping cost is added to the total shown before you pay.
Enter your details and pay
Name and email, then your card on the secure payment form. As everywhere else, you type the card yourself — the venue never sees the number.
Done
Your order confirmation arrives by email. The venue prepares the order and contacts you when it's ready for pickup or on its way.

When do I pay for a pickup order?
At checkout, when you place the order — pickup just means no shipping cost and you collect it.
Can I return a product?
Returns and exchanges are the venue's own policy — contact them directly with your order confirmation.
Why is the shop missing from the site?
Not every venue sells online. If there's no Shop tab, they don't — ask in person.
