Brand and appearance

How to set your logo, brand colours, and email sender identity in Owneli — one place that themes your booking page, portal, and emails.

Updated Aug 14, 2026

Everything a client sees carries your brand, not Owneli's — and it's all themed from one place: Settings → Workspace → Organization details (admins only). Set your logo, colours, and email identity once and they flow through your booking page, client portal, and every email.

What does the Organization details tab control?

How do I set my brand?

Click the logo control and pick an image file up to 2 MB. It appears on client-facing pages and emails.

Choose your colours

Pick a preset — Clinical Blue, Forest, Slate, Plum, Terracotta, Midnight — or set your exact primary and accent values. Choose light or dark brand mode.

Set your email identity

The from name is what clients see in their inbox; reply-to is where their replies land; the signature and footer are appended to business emails.

Save

The tab tracks unsaved changes and shows a bar until you Save or discard. Changes apply immediately once saved.

There's exactly one brand chain — you never re-enter colours per page or per email. If your booking page and your emails ever look like different brands, that's a bug, not a setting: they read from the same place.

Personal vs business email signature

The signature here is the business signature on automated emails. Your personal signature for one-to-one client emails — your name, title, photo — lives under Settings → Profile. See Update your profile.

Common questions

Where do my brand colours actually show up?

The public venue and booking pages, the client portal, and client emails. The staff app keeps its own interface style.

What logo size works best?

Any common image format up to 2 MB. A wide, transparent-background version renders best across email and web.

Can each location have its own branding?

No — branding is business-wide. Locations differ in content (photos, hours, address) via their presence page, not in brand.
