Every location gets a public venue page — where clients land from your booking link, Google profile, or Instagram bio. Build it with the guided wizard under Settings → Workspace → Locations → (your location) → Presence, pass the readiness checks, and publish to flip it from Unlisted to Listed.
Who can publish: the online booking — manage capability and manager level or above — putting a business's public page live is a deliberate act.
What goes on the presence page?
| Section | Content |
|---|---|
| The basics | Address (or "no physical address" for mobile businesses), phone, email, directions |
| Description | What you do, in your own words |
| Photos | Uploaded images with a chosen cover — pages with real photos convert |
| Amenities, highlights, values | Picked from built-in lists (parking, accessibility, and so on) |
| Opening hours | Shown on the page |
How do I publish the page?
Open the location's Presence page
Settings → Workspace → Locations, open the location, go to Presence.
Work through the wizard
Fill each section above. You can save and come back — nothing is public yet.
Pass the readiness checks
The page runs a checklist of what's still missing, with required items marked. Fix what's flagged.
Publish
When the checks pass, publish flips the page from Unlisted to Listed — live at your venue URL immediately. You can unlist again at any time.
After it's live
The Presence page becomes a small dashboard for that location:
- KPIs — new clients, average appointment value, share of bookings arriving online.
- Recent activity — bookings and conversions attributed to the page.
- Related add-ons — shortcuts to Get found on Google and the Google rating boost.
Common questions
What's the difference between unlisted and listed?
Unlisted pages aren't reachable by the public; listed pages are live at your venue URL. Publishing is the switch between them.
Do clients need the presence page to book online?
It's the front door — your booking flow lives behind it. Turn on online booking and publish the page together.
I have several locations — one page or many?
One page per location, each with its own content, photos, hours, and URL. See Working with multiple locations.
