Links and QR codes

Make a short link or QR code that opens exactly what you choose, and see how many visits and bookings each one brings in.

Updated Oct 28, 2026

Make a link or QR code that opens exactly what you want to share: your whole booking page, a few services, one person on your team, a membership, a package, gift cards, your shop or group booking. Every link you create is saved with its visits and bookings, so you can see which posts and flyers work.

Before you start

  • Who can do it: admins and owners, and any role allowed to configure online booking.
  • Turn on online booking first. See Set up online booking.

Open the setting

Go to Settings → Booking → Online booking and find Links and QR codes.

Choose what it opens

Select a card, such as Services or A team member. A card only shows when you have something to share there, for example Packages appears once a package is sold online.

Narrow it down

Under What it opens, keep All services or switch to Choose services. Search, then tick single services, or tick Whole category so services you add to that category later are included too. The count shows how many services the link offers.

Who and where

Pick one person, or leave Anyone who offers it. Only people who perform the chosen services are listed. With more than one location, choose one or Let the client choose.

Extras

Set Where you'll post it, such as Instagram, so reports show where bookings came from. Add an Offer to apply one of your active promo codes when the client books. The Link name fills in for you; change it if you like.

Create it

Select Create link. Copy the short link, download the QR code as PNG or SVG, preview it, or share it from your phone.

Shortcuts from your records

You can also start a link from where the thing lives:

WhereWhat to select
A serviceServices, open the service, Online booking section, Share booking link
A service categoryServices, Share link beside the category name
A team memberTeam, open the person, Actions → Share booking link
A membershipMemberships, open the plan, the link button beside the panel (on a phone, Share link at the top)
A packagePackages, the ⋮ menu on the package, Share link
A productProducts, open the product, the link button beside the panel (on a phone, Share link at the top)

In Your links, open ⋮ → Edit. The short link and any QR code you already printed keep working and open your new choice. Archive stops a link; it then opens your booking page instead, and you can restore it from Show archived links.

How results are counted

NumberWhat it means
VisitsOne person opening the link. Opening it again the same day counts once. Link previews made by Instagram or WhatsApp don't count.
BookingsVisits booked by someone who opened the link on the same device within 30 days. If they opened two of your links, the last one gets the booking. A visit with two services counts once.
BookedWhat clients pay for those bookings after any offer, before tax, as priced when they booked. A $150 facial booked with 10% off counts as $135. Cancellations and no-shows are listed under the bookings.

Pick the period with the date button above the list. Visits and bookings show for people who can see reports.

For a services or team member link, open the link and select Use as a website button. Copy the code and paste it where the button should go. It opens that exact link over your page, the same way the button in Embed booking on your website does.

Check it worked

Open the short link in a private browser window. You land on what you chose, for example a menu with only your facials and a See all services button. Your visit shows under Visits a moment later.

If something goes wrong

The QR code won't scan

Print it at least 2 cm wide on a white background. If you changed your brand colour to a light one, the code stays dark so cameras can read it.

The offer isn't applied

The offer only applies while it is active, has a code and has uses left. When it ends, the link still works without it.

The link was archived, or what it pointed to was removed. Edit the link and choose again.
