Turn on the shop in Settings → Storefront & integrations → Store, flip on the things you sell — products, gift cards, memberships — and set your shipping rate and returns note. The shop appears on your public venue page, and orders land in POS → Online orders for your team to fulfil.
Who can do this: the tab needs the store — manage capability; two sections inside need more (noted below).
What can I turn on in the store settings?
Store enabled is the master switch. Below it, business-wide feature toggles:
| Toggle | What it sells or shows |
|---|---|
| Gift cards | Gift cards purchasable online |
| Memberships | Membership plans purchasable online |
| Reviews | Client reviews on the storefront |
| Bundles | Product bundles |
| Subscriptions | Repeat product orders, with a configurable subscribe discount % |
| Recommendations | Suggested products |
These toggles are org-wide on purpose — what your brand sells online is a brand decision, the same at every location.
Economics
- Flat shipping rate — charged to ship an order.
- Returns note — your returns policy text, shown to buyers.
Per-location overrides
What legitimately varies by site — shipping rate, returns note, subscribe discount, or "not sold online at this location" — can be overridden per location at the bottom of the tab.
Where the catalog comes from
The store tab decides whether there's a shop — what's in it comes from your product catalog, gift cards, and membership plans.
Common questions
Where do online orders show up?
POS → Online orders, ready for your team to fulfil.
Can one location opt out of the shop?
Yes — use its per-location override to disable selling online at that location while the rest of the business stays live.
Do online sales respect stock levels?
Products sell from the same catalog and stock as the POS — keep counts honest in Products and stock.
