You can let clients book you straight from Google Search and Maps by adding your Owneli booking link to your Google Business Profile. Owneli gives you the link (and a QR code) for each location at Settings → Storefront & integrations → Add-ons → Get found on Google (admins only).
How do I add my booking link to Google?
The page lists every location with its booking URL, a Copy button, and a QR code. Then it's a two-minute edit on Google's side:
Open your Google Business Profile
Search your business name on Google while signed in as its owner, then choose Edit profile.
Find the bookings section
Go to Bookings, or Add a link → Appointment / Bookings.
Paste your booking link
Copy the location's link from Owneli and paste it into Google. Save.
Check the result
Your profile on Search and Maps now shows a booking link — clients tap it and land directly in your online booking flow.
Before you start
- Public online booking must be live, or the link dead-ends.
- Each location has its own link — a multi-location business pastes the matching link into the matching Google profile. See Working with multiple locations.
What the QR codes are for
The same page renders a QR code per location. Print it for the front desk, a window sticker, or business cards — scanning it opens the location's booking page.
Common questions
Is this the official "Reserve with Google" integration?
It's the booking-link approach: your profile links out to your own booking page. There's no separate feed or partner software to install, and it works for any business Google lets add a booking link.
Which link do I use if I have several locations?
Each Google Business Profile represents one place — paste that location's link from the list, not another location's.
Do bookings from Google look different in Owneli?
No — they arrive as normal online bookings, subject to your booking rules and payment policy.
