LEAVING MINDBODY
How to cancel your Mindbody contract.
Mindbody explains its contract terms and cancellation policy in its own blog post, summarised here with the date it was checked. Your Order Form holds the terms that apply to you.
Short answer
Ask Mindbody support to cancel, by phone or online, at least 30 days before your term ends. A fixed term cannot be ended mid-term unless your Order Form says so, and without notice the contract renews automatically. Month-to-month has a 90-day minimum, then 30 days’ notice before the next billing date. Export your data before the final billing date.
Check your terms
Find your Order Form
It sets your term, often 12, 24 or 36 months, and when it ends. Mindbody can send a copy if you ask.
Work out your notice date
Give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. On month-to-month, the first 90 days are a minimum, then give 30 days’ notice before the next billing date.
Mind the renewal
Without notice, the contract renews automatically.

Ask support to cancel
Send your request to Mindbody support by phone or online; its teams review it.
Export before the final billing date
You keep access to your data until then. Export client contacts, purchase history, memberships, visits and sales reports as CSV.
If you missed it
Mindbody offers a paid data export service for up to 30 days after cancelling.

Bring it into Owneli
Admins and owners import under Settings. Nothing is written until you have checked it.
Open the importer
Go to Settings, then Plan & data, then Import.
Choose where the data is from
Pick Generic CSV under “Where is this data from?”, then drop in your files: CSV, TSV or Excel (.xlsx), up to 15,000 rows each. An older .xls file needs saving as .xlsx or CSV first.
Check the columns
Every column is shown beside your own data, with the field it goes into. Point any column Owneli did not recognise at a field, or leave it out on purpose.
Dry run, then import
The dry run shows exactly what will be created, matched or skipped. Run the import; if anything looks wrong, Roll back import removes what it created.

No commission on clients you bring
The clients you import, and the clients who book through your own booking links and website, carry no commission. Card payments carry a processing fee, which is not published yet.
No contract
Cancel any time. Nothing is billed after you cancel.
Export your clients any time
Clients, then Export, downloads your client list as a spreadsheet whenever you like.

Questions
Can I cancel a Mindbody contract early?
Mindbody says a fixed-term agreement cannot be cancelled mid-term unless your Order Form says otherwise.
What happens if I miss the notice date?
The contract renews automatically, so give notice at least 30 days before the term ends.
Does Owneli have a contract?
